Keep your food stored in the 9 cubic ft of interior space including a removable/adjustable epoxy coated corrosion resistant shelf that can hold up to 90 lbs. FA vented stainless steel vented divider ensures your top food section and bottom storage section remain completely separate, a health code requirement in many states. Featuring a heavy-duty cutting board and a sleek roll top lid which additionally can hold up to 15 x 1/6 size pans while locking in cool air ensuring your cut food stays cool in the 1/5 HP refrigeration system that keeps food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees F.
