The easy-to-use digital temperature controller maintains the display area at safe temperatures between 32°F to 40°F. Rear tempered sliding glass doors allow easy access to the display area. The removable glass shelf allows you to display even more sandwiches, salads, drinks, or prepared food, if desired.
