Description Our pizza prep tables are built for today's chef - Keeping your food service operation running smoothly relies strongly on having the right tools and our Wowcooler Pizza Prep Tables do just that. Available in various sizes from small to large, our Pizza Prep Tables are made to cater from small kitchens to industrial sized ones.
The Wowcooler WPT-72 71" Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table comes with a large 20" cutting surface housed above it's 16.9 cubic ft capacity internal storage and in-front of it's insulated rail lid, capable of holding 9 x 1/3 size pans. Stainless Steel covers the exterior and interior of the pizza prep tables with the inside being cooled by a hydro-carbon R290 refrigerant keeping food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees. Each pizza prep table comes with casters installed making moving it around simple as ever and locking the wheels in place even easier. Everything you need will be within an arms reach away - with it's compact yet resourceful design.

NSF Food Pan Included All Wowcooler pizza prep refrigerators come with 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep. Great for holding ingredients. Just roll your cooler inside, plug it in, and get to work. 
Cutting Board Included These units come with spacious cutting board, which gives you a place for slicing ingredients and assembling pies. Thanks to its slide in & out design, you can easily remove it for cleaning.
Precise Digital Control A well known brand digital controller is used in this unit, it maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit precisely.
