Description
The C72SC-6B36GT is a Challenger XL series restaurant range from Wolf that has six burners, a 36" right side griddle, 1 standard oven, and 1 convection oven. This restaurant range features a shrouded flash tube pilot system for burner ignition, and the heavy duty cast iron burner grates easily lift off for cleaning. The 36" wide griddle plate measures 7/8" thick, and has a 4" wide front grease trough for easy cleaning after use.
The left standard oven measures 27" deep, 26-3/8" wide, 14" high, and operates on 35,000 BTU, while the right convection oven measures 24" deep, 26-3/8" wide, 13-7/8" high, and operates on 35,000 BTU. Both ovens feature porcelain bottoms and door panels, and come with thermostats that adjust temperature from 250ºF - 500ºF.
The C72SC-6B36GT operates at 310,000 BTU using liquid propane, and has 1" rear gas connections with rear manifold and pressure regulator. A blower motor for the convection oven comes equipped with a 6' power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for operation.
