Description
The C36IRB is a 36" wide, gas salamander broiler from Wolf with 2 ceramic infrared burners (15,000 BTU each, 30,000 BTU total) with dual heat controls for zone cooking. There is a heavy duty chrome plated broiling grid and a removable full width spillage pan on this gas salamander broiler.
The front, top and sides on this gas salamander broiler are all stainless steel for easy clean-up.
The C36IRB gas salamander broiler is for counter or wall mount and operates on either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane and has a 3/4" top gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
