A great alternative to using a food processor, the Winco SVM-3 stainless steel food mill is ideal for straining and puréeing cooked fruits and vegetables without retaining seeds, skin, and fibers. Simply turn the crank and the semi-circular blade sweeps over, compresses and scrapes the food. The mill has a maximum capacity of 2 quarts and comes with three interchangeable cutting plates.
