Standard Features
This Full Sized Newburg Chafing Dish from Winco is a rectangular, 18-8 stainless steel chafer with an 8-quart capacity. The Newburg Chafer dish is ideal for use in a buffet setting in your catering operation or banquet facility. The chafer set includes a 4" deep water pan, a 2" deep food pan and a polished, mirror chafer cover that can stay attached to the pan with included lid clips. The chafing dish comes with a four-point welded stackable stainless steel frame for durability. Also, included is a base plate with inserts for two fuel holders and their covers.
For safety, handy brackets on the side of the frame hold the chafer cover in place for moving or storage. For aesthetics, the C-3080B Newburg Chafer dish comes with interchangeable chafer cover handles, one black plastic, and one stainless steel to match the rest of the construction.
