The Winco Benchmark 60048 is a stainless steel hot dog steamer. With a 164 hot dog capacity, and a 36 bun capacity, this is a great unit to serve a large crowd or gathering. It is ideal for a convenience stores, concession stands, break rooms, cafeterias, snack bars, and fast food restaurants. The unique divided hot dog tray allows for different sizes of dogs or sausages to be cooked and merchandised simultaneously.
The 60048 has a 7 quart water reservoir, which allows the unit to have a large amount of water to create more steam. The steam keeps the hot dogs fresh for a long period of time, and it allows you to keep the same product in the machine without frequently changing them out. The sliding doors also give you more flexibility with letting customers access the product, and also help when it is time to clean the unit. Also, the product trays are removable for easy sink or dishwasher cleaning.
Other features for this unit are an adjustable thermostat, flashy graphics, and also and an illuminated ON/OFF switch.
