Description
There are 2 infinite heat valves on the deck of this commercial gas deck-type Chophouse broiler. There is a spring-balanced 5-position grid for the deck on this unit and the stainless steel construction of the front, top, and sides of this deck-type Chophouse broiler makes it durable enough to stand up to the daily usage of any commercial kitchen environment.
The VST3B is the heavy-duty V Series 36" wide gas-powered deck-type Chophouse broiler from Vulcan that has 3 cast iron burners with ceramic radiant tiles for a 25" wide x 25" deep grid, with a 1/2" thick griddle plate on top with 2" splashes.
The deck-type Chophouse rolls smoothly on a set of heavy-duty casters. This commercial gas deck-type Chophouse broiler is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.
V series units are all modular and interchangeable to allow you to create the perfect customized workstation, including a variety of types of ranges from open burners, hot tops, French tops, charbroilers, and griddles, to other units like refrigerated bases, cabinets, convection or finishing ovens.
This VST3B commercial gas deck-type Chophouse broiler operates on Liquid Propane at 33,500 BTU per burner for a total 100,000 BTU with a 1" gas connection and it comes included with a gas pressure regulator. All gas connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.
