Description
There are 2 infinite heat valves on each deck of this commercial gas broiler. There is a spring-balanced 5-position grid for each deck on this unit and the stainless steel construction of the front, top, and sides of this double-deck broiler makes it durable enough to stand up to the daily usage of any commercial kitchen environment.
The VIR1CF is the heavy-duty V Series 36" wide gas-powered double-deck broiler from Vulcan that has a 2 infrared burner broiler decks with 25" wide x 25" deep grids, stacked over a covection oven base, with a finishing oven.
The double-deck broiler rolls smoothly on a set of heavy-duty casters. This commercial gas double-deck broiler is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.
V series units are all modular and interchangeable to allow you to create the perfect customized workstation, including a variety of types of ranges from open burners, hot tops, French tops, charbroilers, and griddles, to other units like refrigerated bases, cabinets, convection or finishing ovens.
This VIR1CF commercial gas double-deck broiler operates on Natural Gas at 100,000 BTU/hr for the broiler decks, and 32,000 BTU for the convection oven for a total of 132,00 BTU with a 1 1/4" front gas manifold and it comes included with a gas pressure regulator. All gas connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.
