Description
The VFRY18 is an 18" wide Energy Star certified V series gas floor fryer from Vulcan with solid state analog controls. This fryer is constructed of stainless steel, and features a set of four 6" adjustable casters (2 locking). This fryer sports a fry tank with the ThreePass™ heat transfer system. This heat transfer system yields 60.9% cooking and 72% thermal efficiency, helping this gas floor fryer reach Energy Star certification.
The VFRY18 comes with twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles, and includes a tank brush and clean-out rod.
This gas floor fryer from Vulcan includes a power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug, and can be hooked up via a 1-1/4" front gas manifold, or its rear 3/4" gas connection.
