Description
Using a charbroiler to prepare burgers, chicken breasts, steaks, swordfish fillets, or even vegetables for customers is a great way to deepen flavors and provide an appetizing presentation. While this is common in many restaurants, cafes, and food trucks, finding a charbroiler that allows for precise temperature zones can be difficult. Fortunately, in looking to solve this quandary for cooks and chefs alike, Vulcan-Hart has created the VCBB18 gas charbroiler.
Built to last, this charbroiler is constructed with durable stainless steel, and features 4" adjustable legs. In addition to this, two cast-iron burners and char-radiants utilize stainless steel supercharger burner dividers, allowing for each cooking zone to be separately controlled without letting heat transfer between radiants. For getting char marks on meats and vegetables, making foods look as good as they taste, use the VCBB18.
