Description
The Vulcan VC6EC 240 Volt 3 Phase Single Deck Full Size Electric Deep Depth Convection Oven with Computer Controls utilizes convection cooking while saving time, energy, and ultimately, electricity. The hot air that is moved throughout the cabinet ensures that everything is cooked evenly and thoroughly. With stainless steel used for its front, top, and sides, you can trust that this single-deck oven will be able to last for years of repeated use.
The durable matching stainless steel door operates independently and boasts double-paned windows that are sure to keep the heat within the oven cabinet. The deep depth will hold full-sized pans, and the interior is lined with porcelain enamel that will handle the constant placement and removal of pans. The non-sag insulation ensures that there will be no hot spots on the exterior of the oven, preventing inadvertent burns.
There are 11 position rack guides in each cabinet that let you come up with whatever configuration would work best at any given point in time. Also includes 5 nickel plated oven racks that measure 28-1/4" x 20-1/2". The computer controls display digital time and temperature readout. The display also has a roast and hold cycle and 100 programmable menu selections.
This convection oven is an electric unit that operates on a 240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase, 60 Amps, and does not come with a cord set. The Vulcan VC6EC Double Deck Full Size Electric Deep Depth Convection Oven is ENERGY STAR Qualified, NSF listed, and UL listed to United States and Canadian safety standards.
