Description
The Vulcan VC5ED Single Deck Electric Standard Depth Convection Oven with Solid State Controls features a porcelain on steel interior, solid state controls and a 5-hour timer with digital display enhancement. The unit is furnished with a two speed, 1/2 H.P. oven blower motor and oven switch for rapid cool down, making it an efficient way to bake thoroughly and serve quickly.
With stainless steel used for its front, top, and sides; you can trust that this single-deck oven will be able to last for years of repeated use. The matching stainless steel doors, also proving durable, operate independently and boast double-paned windows that are sure to keep the heat within the oven cabinet.
The standard depth will hold full-sized pans, and the interior is lined with porcelain enamel that will handle the constant placement and removal of pans. The non-sag insulation ensures that there will be no hot spots on the exterior of the oven, preventing inadvertent burns.
There are 11 position rack guides that let you come up with whatever configuration would work best at any given point in time. There are also 10 nickel plated oven racks which measure 28-1/4" x 20-1/2". The solid state controls are simple, making it easy to operate without training.
This single-deck convection oven is an electric unit and runs on a 208V, 60 hertz, and does not come with a cord set. The unit is field convertible from 3-phase to 1-phase. The VC5ED Single Deck Electric Convection Oven is Energy Star Qualified, NSF listed, and UL listed to United States and Canadian safety standards.
