Description

The Vulcan 240 Volt Single Phase Double Deck Electric Standard Depth Convection Oven with Computer Controls is designed to keep up during active times within your establishment. With stainless steel used for each appliances front, top, and sides, you can trust that this double-deck oven will be able to last for years of repeated use. The matching durable stainless steel doors will operate independently and boast double-paned windows that are sure to keep the heat within the oven cabinet.

The standard depth will hold full-sized pans, and the interiors are lined with porcelain enamel that will handle the constant placement and removal of pans. The non-sag insulation ensures that there will be no hot spots on the exterior of the ovens, preventing inadvertent burns. There are 11 position rack guides in each cabinet that let you come up with whatever configuration would work best at any given point in time. Also included are 5 nickel plated oven racks that measure 28-1/4" x 20-1/2".

The computer controls display digital time and temperature readout. The display also has a roast and hold cycle and 100 programmable menu selections. This convection oven is an electric unit that operates on a 240 volt, 60 hertz, 1-phase, 104 Amps, and does not come with a cord set. The VC44EC is ENERGY STAR Qualified, NSF listed, and UL listed to United States and Canadian safety standards.

The Vulcan VC66EC Double Deck Full Size Electric Deep Depth Convection Oven is ENERGY STAR Qualified, NSF listed, and UL listed to United States and Canadian safety standards.
