With its integrated steel frame, and the stainless steel used for its construction, you can be sure that this insulated holding cabinet will be able to last for years of traveling from room to room or even venue to venue. The casters, two of which swivel, make moving the appliance all around a breeze, and the locks keep it securely still and in place. The handles make for easy lifting into and out of vehicles so there is no tipping, potentially causing liquids and foods to spill. The door is reversible in the field, and the magnetic action latch keeps the door closed to keep items secure. The VBP5ES can hold 5 sheet pans to 10 steam table pans, making it incredibly useful. The fact that it can reach 190ºF, along with the blower motor pushing heat throughout the cabinet, makes sure that everything within is equally warm and ready to eat. The top mounted controls are easy to operate and provide indicator lights so energy isn't wasted.
