Description
The VACB36 is the 36" wide countertop 6-burner heavy-duty gas charbroiler from Vulcan with 17,000 BTU cast iron burners with individual infinite heat controls and 1 drip tray. This countertop commercial gas charbroiler stands firmly on a set of 4" adjustable legs.
The charbroiler is operated with an individual high-range infinite heat control valve on each burner with adjustment marks engraved into front panel to adjust temperatures up to 700 degrees F with a standing pilot.
There is an all-welded chassis on this charbroiler with the sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash and grease trough all constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel that will stand up to the daily usage of a commercial kitchen environment.
There are under-burner heat deflector panels on this charbroiler that reflects heat upwards and protect the base from damage. This commercial gas charbroiler is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.
The supercharger burner dividers on this charbroiler provide exceptional heat distribution across the entire cooking surface as well as minimize the heat transfer between zones for precise multi-zone cooking.
This VACB36 commercial gas charbroiler operates on Natural Gas at 17,000 BTU per burner for a total of 102,000 BTU/hr and it has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and it comes included with a pressure regulator. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should always be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
