Description

The Vulcan EV36S-4FP1HT240 is an electric restaurant range with four french plates, a 12" wide hot top, and a standard oversized oven base. This electric restaurant range has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added durability, along with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and 6" adjustable legs. The four 9-1/2" round, 2 KW French plates are each controlled by an infinite heat control switch. The 12" hot top has a 5kW heat output, and is constructed of cast iron. This restaurant range operates on a 240 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase (field convertible to 1 phase) electrical connection, and must be hardwired.
