Description
The ABC7E-480P is a 42.2" wide, fully insulated stainless steel electric boilerless full size combi oven steamer from Vulcan that features the advanced technology of Precision Humidity Control and 3 easy-to-use knobs (Temperature, Time and Humidity) to provide the ultimate in kitchen convenience. There are large LED displays on the ABC7E-480P combination oven that show the actual temperature and humidity. There are also flashing door lights and an audible alarm to indicate when the cooking cycle is finished.
Vulcan ABC7E-480P combination oven has a capacity of (7) racks for a total of (7) 18" x 26" full size sheet or (14) 12" x 20" full size hotel pans. There is a temperature range of 80 - 450 degrees F on this combination oven steamer. There is a cool to the touch and energy efficient heat reflective tempered glass door and (3) halogen lights built into the door behind heat reflective inner glass. The unit features an auto-reversing fan with electronic braking system that delivers uniform airflow and it has a stainless steel oven chamber. The water line connection (filtered and unfiltered) is 3/4" NSHT female split and there is a 1" NPT male drain connection. The model includes a food probe and fan speed control.
This electric combi oven steamer operates at 24 kW. The unit is designed for a 3-phase electrical connection. This electric combi oven steamer runs on 480 Volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase and 28.9 Amps and must be hardwired. The ABC7E-480P electric combi oven steamer is made in the USA, engineered and assembled with pride in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. The unit is also NSF/ANSI 4 certified, and UL listed in USA and Canada.
