Description

The 936RX-30 is a Heavy Duty Countertop Griddle from Vulcan that runs on Liquid Propane. The polished steel griddle plate measures at 1” thick. The front, sides, and front grease trough are constructed of stainless steel. There is a pilot safety valve included for every 2 burners, which shuts off gas if the pilot extinguishes. There is also a manual shut-off valve for the gas inlet. Heat shields are located on the bottom. The griddle itself measures 36" x 30".

This low-profile griddle features (3) U-shaped burners, which are constructed of aluminized steel. The unit features dual ignition (manual & electronic). Mechanical snap action thermostats are included for every 12” inches, with a temperature range of 200° - 550° F. The front-top ledge features a “Cool Bullnose” design. The grease chute is fully welded in order to stop grease migration.
