Description

The front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf on this restaurant range are all constructed in durable stainless steel and it features a fully MIG-welded chassis. This commercial gas restaurant range is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.

This commercial gas restaurant range operates on Natural Gas at 30,000 BTU for each burner, 30,000 BTU for the griddle, and 23,000 / 35,000 BTU for the standard ovens for a total 268,000 BTU and it has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with a pressure regulator included. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should always be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.

The 60SS-6B24GBN is the Endurance series 60" wide stainless steel restaurant range from Vulcan with 2 standard oven bases, a 3/4" thick, 24" wide right-side griddle, and 6 burners. This freestanding commercial gas restaurant range stands firmly on a set of 6" adjustable stainless steel legs.

There are 2 ovens on this restaurant range with the left-side oven having an interior of 14" high x 20 1/4" wide x 26 1/4" deep and operating at 23,000 BTU, and the right-side oven with an interior of 14" high x 26 3/8" wide x 27" deep and operating at 35,000 BTU, both with thermostats to adjust temperatures between 250 to 500 degrees F. Each oven has 2 racks with a rack guide set and four rack positions per rack.

The Endurance restaurant range features an energy-efficient flashtube open-burner ignition system with 1 pilot for every 2 burners and heavy-duty lift-off cast grates with aeration bowls built in to each one for even more efficiency. The knobs on each buner of this restaurant range are cool to the touch and the standard oven thermostat adjusts temperatures between 250 to 500 degrees F.
