Description
The 2TR45DF is a 31" wide Energy Star certified PowerFry3 series two unit gas floor fryer from Vulcan with a solid state digital control system. This fryer is constructed of stainless steel, and features a set of four 6" adjustable casters (2 locking), and features a fry tank with the ThreePass™ heat transfer system. This heat transfer system yields 60.9% cooking and 72% thermal efficiency, helping this gas floor fryer reach Energy Star certification.
The 2TR45DF has an idle rate of 4,318 BTU/hr per unit to maintain cooking temperature. This unit comes with twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles for each fryer, and includes a tank brush and clean-out rod.
This gas floor fryer from Vulcan includes a power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug, and requires a 1-1/4" liquid propane hookup for operation.
