Description

The 1VK85D is a 21" wide Energy Star certified PowerFry5 series gas floor fryer from Vulcan with solid state digital controls. This fryer is constructed of stainless steel, and features a set of four 6" adjustable casters (2 locking). This gas floor fryer sports a fry tank with the FivePass™ heat transfer system. This heat transfer system yields 65% cooking and 78% thermal efficiency, helping this gas floor fryer reach Energy Star certification.

The 1VK85D has an idle rate of 6,298 BTU/hr to maintain cooking temperature. This gas floor fryer comes with twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles, and includes a tank brush and clean-out rod.

This gas floor fryer from Vulcan includes a power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug, and requires either a 1/2" or a 3/4" natural gas hookup for operation.
