Description

The 1TR45D is a 15.5" wide Energy Star certified PowerFry3 series gas floor fryer from Vulcan with a digital control system. This fryer is constructed of stainless steel, and features a set of four 6" adjustable casters (2 locking), and features a fry tank with the ThreePass™ heat transfer system. This heat transfer system yields 60.9% cooking and 72% thermal efficiency, helping this gas floor fryer reach Energy Star certification.

The 1TR45D has an idle rate of 4,318 BTU/hr to maintain cooking temperature. This gas floor fryer comes with twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles, and includes a tank brush and clean-out rod.

This gas floor fryer from Vulcan includes a power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug, and requires a 3/4" liquid propane hookup for operation.
