Its refrigerated top section comes standard with twelve 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, easily housing all of your most-used salad ingredients. It's extra large storage space can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for toppings that you frequently have to refill. To lock in freshness when not in use, this refrigerated prep table also features a foam insulated lid and hood. Four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves let you easily organize other ingredients in the refrigerated cabinet. This sandwich prep table's exterior features heavy-duty stainless steel front doors, top, and sides, and includes an coated steel finished back for exceptional durability. The silver interior and aluminum liner with stainless steel floor with coved corners makes cleaning hassle-free. Easily load and unload items with the 12" recessed door handles and the door's convenient stay-open feature. This unit comes standard with 12 (1/6 size) 6 7/8"L x 6 1/4”W x 4"D (175 mm x 159 mm x 102 mm) clear polycarbonate, NSF-approved food pans.
