This units solid, easy to clean, stainless still front, door frame, top, and cabinet ends are all guarded from some of the toughest scratches and dents that may occur in a busy foodservice environments.
This units solid stainless steel door frame features low emissivity glass panels or "Low-E" glass. This Low-E glass is specially designed to reflect heat away from the unit, and trap cold air inside the unit. These swing doors open up to a spacious holding area that features 3 adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves and a beautiful interior adorned with an aluminum liner for easy clean-up and sturdiness, all of which is accompanied with a "no stoop" lower shelf for quicker access to materials.
The True TS-23G-2-HC~FGD01 has an improved, insulated cabinet structure that protects from rust, corrosion, and common accidents that accompany any refrigerator, and lifetime guaranteed door hinges and torsion type closure system for added insurance and the best in food preservation. The unit only requires a 115V electrical connection and comes pre-wired at the factory with a 9' cord with NEMA 5-15R plug for instant increase to coldness.
