Your bestselling salads and sandwich ingredients need to be stored in a unit that will protect them from the harmful warm air that wants to get inside, and with True's TFP-72-30M-D-6, your products will be stored at the cool and fresh temperatures of 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) thanks to the whole unit using Foamed-in-place Ecomate insulation. A high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
Crafted from the strongest stainless steel available on todays market, the solid stainless steel front, top, and sides, with a GalFan coated steel back to finish, this unit defends against some of the toughest scratches and dents, leaving a fresh look and leaving it looking new, years down the road.

- Stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness and minimize condensation. Removable for easy cleaning.
- 8" (204 mm) deep, 1/2" (13 mm) thick, full length removable cutting board included. Sanitary, high density, NSF approved white polyethylene provides tough preparation surface.
- Each drawer accommodates one (1) full size 12"L x 20”W x 6"D food pan and three (3) 1/9 size pans (Pans sold separately)
- Heavy duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers.
- Magnetic drawer gaskets of one piece construction, removable without tools for ease of cleaning.
- Foamed-in-place using a high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
- Comes standard with (30) 1/6 size clear polycarbonate food pans in countertop prep area.
- Evaporator is epoxy coated to eliminate the potential of corrosion.
