Introducing the Spartan SPR-72 Pizza Prep Unit, the perfect addition to any commercial kitchen looking to streamline their pizza-making process. This two-section unit boasts a spacious 17.0 cu. ft. capacity, providing ample space for all your ingredients and toppings. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration ensures that your ingredients are kept at the perfect temperature, while the self-closing stainless steel door keeps the cool air inside.
The unit comes equipped with two adjustable plastic-coated steel shelves, allowing you to customize the interior space to fit your needs. It also has a 3/4" thick cutting board, allowing you to prep your pizza dough and toppings with ease.
