Direct Drive Motor - 1 HP Features a powerful 1 hp motor, with a single speed of 1800 RPM, allowing you to meet a great demand of prepping ingredients in busy restaurants or delis. 
4 Discs/Blades Included Comes with 2 slicing discs (5/64", 5/32"), and 2 grating disks (1/8", 1/4") , which can be easily detached to meet different needs, not just for all kinds of root vegetables, but also for cutting all kinds of fruits and cheese. 
Twin Feeding Hoppers The 6" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper is designed for lager items like potatoes, onions, while the 2” cylindrical hopper for long strip products like cucumbers, carrots, etc. 
Safety Protection Mechanism "S" Blade will not work until the bowl is locked in place and lid is shut. And blade will automatically stop for potential danger when the lid's magnet disengages. 
Clear Lid Easily monitor ingredients processing inside through clear lid, and the opening allows the addition of liquid or ingredients during processing.
